VXN Wellness (formerly Color Up)

I have to be quite honest. I placed an ordered on January 5th. Its the 20th. Maybe I am being impatient but I have yet to receive it. I have called two times and left messages on the voicemail with all of my information on how to contact me and no one has called me back. I cant even review the product because I dont have it. But I can review the level of Customer Care and I could say that its a zero out of 10. If I get a response from this review and I do get my products, then maybe I could give an accurate review on the products themselves. At this time my opinion is pretty low.
