Didnt even make a purchase, as I was helping a friend locate a dealer who carried the Nomos brand. Nonetheless, I was so impressed with the service both myself and my friend received that I wanted to make sure it was not only recognized but lauded. Being an enthusiast myself, I was eager to assist my friend in finding his dream watch when he pointed it out to me. So I reached out to Oster as they are one of the few Nomos dealers locally I could find. I inquired with Jeremy about the model I was trying to find and he was beyond helpful; answering my questions and advising me of the up to 3 month wait, which is ubiquitous for this particular piece. We left it at that until the next day when I received a text from him. Not only was Jeremy able to locate one of the watches, he went ahead and expedited delivery of it to his store so we could see it. So, what would have been a months long wait for anybody else, turned into my buddy having his dream watch on his wrist in less than a week. Incredible. Now, anybody can sell a watchbut there are few people that genuinely love what they do and go the extra mile to support their customers passions. Jeremy is one of those individuals. I know my next watch purchase will begin with Oster and I look forward to that day as Ive now found a business I can trust and who values their clients. Thanks again Jeremy.

Truly an amazing experience. Like many watch enthusiasts, I dont love going to the AD because the experience can often times turn you off to a certain brand. But, Oster was different. You could tell that they really care about the pieces theyre offering for sale, willing to go above and beyond to get you a watch that was only available in the Singapore market. Also, answered all of my questions about movements and never made me feel rushed. So, thank you for helping me find this LE & getting a different one ordered. If youre in Denver, youre lucky because you can head over to Oster anytime. And if youre located elsewhere, they will ship the timepiece you want to you. 10/10 experience.

I was looking for a rare Louis Erard x Alain Silberstein Khaki La Semaine for several months without any luck, even on the secondary market. I happened to resume my search yesterday afternoon after giving up weeks ago, and saw it listed on the Oster site. I did not hesitate to order it, as I knew it would not be available for very long. Shortly after I placed the order online, I was surprised to receive a call from Jeremy Oster himself, asking me if I needed the watch gift wrapped, and also to ensure that I would be home to sign for the watch, which he was offering to ship overnight to me in NY from Colorado at no extra charge. The watch was delivered by 10am this morning, less than 24 hours from the time I purchased it! It was packed very well and included a hand-written thank you note from Jeremy, along with all the relevant paperwork/certificates. I was very impressed with the entire transaction, which could not have been any easier. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone looking for unique, high quality watches!

Went there to pick up a watch they had in stock for a gift but was completely turned off by the armed guard mandating a mask be worn. Its December 2023 and I cant even remember the last place that mandated masks. Doubtful my $4k in lost revenue even makes a difference but the terrible experience made a difference to me.
