This is by far my favorite retail store in Boulder. The jewelry is right up my alley and the shoes...well, they just rock the free world. Customer service is awesome and friendly.

This store branch is Denver is CLOSED! Go to Boulder, definitely worth the trip. One of the best shoe stores in the area. Go go go go!

Make sure your shoes fit before you leave the store; otherwise, you won't be able to return them. I purchased an expensive pair of Arche shoes -- been wearing this brand for decades and have always found it to be very comfortable, unusual, and stylish. However, I also realized belatedly, that the "LN" model (marking on the bottom of the shoe) perhaps denotes a cheaper version of the usual, ultra-comfortable Arche shoe, as I've worn the Arche "LN" before and forgot that this model does not offer the same comfort as Arche shoes without the "LN" marking. I purchased these very cute Arche shoes in Feb. of this year and due to the rainy weather, had only worn them fewer than a handful of times before I noticed that 1) they were not comfortable walking in all day; 2) the zipper on the back did not zip easily; and 3) the heel became whiteish-grey -- and all of this after only wearing the shoes a few times! Tried to return them a couple of months later -- with all of the original packing -- but the store would not take them back. Their two-week return policy is stated on the receipt, but I'd hoped they would take them back due to their defects. Shoes that cost $365 should be comfortable and long-lasting. These Arche "LN" shoes will not, and I am disappointed in the product and the store. While TSS carries unusual, cool shoes and accessories, I would make sure your shoes fit well before you leave the store. It is not Nordstrom. And I would think twice before buying an Arche shoe with "LN" on the bottom.
