I called Up Draft HVAC Repair the morning after our air conditioner stopped working and they sent someone out that same day. When he arrived, Mike was very personable, and he quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. Once repaired, he explained exactly what he did and also gave me some basic education about the AC unit. My experience with them was very positive.

These guys are great. The A/C in my restaurant was underperforming on an extremely hot day. After calling 8 companies I was about to give up. They called me back and sent someone out (Mike to be specific) in time for dinner service. Mike was great, extremely profession. I will definitely use them again.
