It was great only thing the water was not hot so we had to take fast showers. Reported this to the front desk nothing was done although their were others complaining as well about there water being cold. Overall was great except the water situation

You can tell that the hotel has been there. Needs some touch up paint and dusting. You can see from the elevator it needs some love.

Ok let's start off this hotel is old outdated, surprisingly they had Wi-Fi. I literally felt that I stepped into the 90s, carpets are dirty pool is ok breakfast is only omelets everything is put away a few toasts and begels. I asked the front desk 5x the night audit for creamer or to service my room it did not happen. OH and don't forget to include the hobo camp ground on side of hotel. They have two of those police lights that watch the parking lot I was a bit concerned as to why they had them and then I figured that out quickly. As I'm unloading the police scanner said you are being watched, I'm like I'm a fking guest watch the losers not me. Also I'm pretty impressed I didn't get bed bug or a ghost didn't roam through the halls. It's creepy My advice as a former hotel GM is you guys need to renovate at least get rid of that dirty carpet in the hallways fix the hotel as much as possible add more breakfast items, fix the elevator that is falling apart where the door shakes. I Went on that broken elevator 4x and it was literally shaking I felt like this was my last ride was counting my blessings like this was horrible. Thank goodness this was just a stop as we were leaving Colorado and I didn't have to stay for longer than 2 days and we were not in the hotel room the entire time so that's good. Lower prices or renovate.
