I've stayed here a handful of times and it's mediocre at best. If you want the downtown Denver experience this isn't it. At 7 stories it's dwarfed by everything around it and the view sucks. Even if youre in town on business the Le Meridian/AC or Hilton across the street are much better choices at pretty much the same price. The two motivations for this negative review are parking and staff. The last two times I've stayed here I had to park my own vehicle because the valet staff couldn't drive a vehicle with a manual transmission. I was still charged the $49 of course. The automatic door to get i to the building didn't work either, I basically ran into it and then the valet came and manually spread the glass doors apart. Today I was charged $50 for a late check out by the manager Lexi for being in the room an extra hour. While I understand it's a business, it's one of the most rude/disrespectful interactions I've had with Marriott staff, and the ONLY time I've ever been charged for a late check out during the HUNDREDS of nights I've stayed at a Marriott branded location. There are so many better options for downtown Denver unless you need to burn some points.
