SpringHill Suites by Marriott Denver Downtown

We stayed one night so we could watch a Nuggets game at Ball Arena. The location to Ball Arena was the primary reason we selected this hotel. We were very pleased with the rooms, service, and valet parking as well. We'll definitely stay here again. Rooms: We had 3 rooms. Two looked out to Ball Arena, and the third looked at downtown Denver. All of our rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. Nearby activities: Ball Arena, Elitches, LowDo Safety: We felt very safe. Our cars were vallet parked and taken good care of. Walkability: Easy walk to Ball Arena. 2 blocks to main entrance of Ball.

Stayed at SpringHill (two queen beds) for an Avalanche game. Our room was the most bizarre layout Ive ever seen. Bathroom immediately in front of beds. Fan in the bathroom stayed on all the time, very annoying even with bathroom barn door closed. TV was near the door and not convenient for the person sleeping in the bed by window. On a positive note, very clean, breakfast was great and distance to Ball arena was great. Given all that Im not sure I would stay there again due to the room layout.

I spent the night at the Springhill Suites/Downtown after getting tickets to see the Nuggets play. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to Ball Arena and looked to be within walking distance to both Coors Filed and Mile High Stadium. The property is close to the light rail / Union Station which is six stops away from Denver International Airport. The staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious and modern.
