        Temperature in the room was broken. Lots of other customers had the same issue. Was stuck at 78 degrees no matter what we did. The black front desk assistant was probably the rudest front desk person Ive ever seen in my life. She completely ignored her coworker, ignored me and stopped talking to me entirely, and I heard her lie and hang up the phone on another customer.
