Nice rooms, and they has 24 hour live surveillance in the parking lot, which has cut down a lot on the sketchy people outside. Plus, the kitchenette actually has plates, cups, pots, and pans, which you never see.

No complaints with the place. Ignored all negative reviews. The front desk was nice and very helpful upon checking in. The surrounding area is decent, and within walking distance, you have a Chili's restaurant, King Soopers, and the South Moore Station. The room was clean and honestly the best out of all the other places we reserved. Queen-sized comfy bed, a small kitchen with basic necessities included. A decent sized 4-burner stove top with oven and broiler, microwave, and a decent sized sink and refrigerator with freezer. Glassware and cooking ware were provided. Housekeeping does a great job upkeeping the place. They do check up on the rooms every other day. Walls are not so thin compared to Super 8's. The only noise heard would be coming from the hallway, and occasional muffled noise from next-door neighbors, but it's nothing to complain about. It could be true that there are drug addicts in the building. Just keep to yourself, and everything will be fine. Everyone is nice here. Rooms: Queen sized bed, carpeted room with vinyl in bathroom and kitchen area. 40 inch TV with storage stand, lamp, and AC unit with same sized black put curtained windows. Couch with dinner stand, and rolling futon. Office area with lighting, a rolling table underneath, and 6 storage compartments. Closet with ample space. Kitchen with 4 burner stove and oven, stainless steel sink, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer. Bathroom with tub, and full-sized mirror.

Everything about our stay at the Suburban Hotels was perfect. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, in particular the front desk (Alexzandra) staff and housekeeping. My room was very roomy and lovely. I couldn't be happier with our entire experience and will absolutely return whenever we head back to Denver.

Absolute crackhead hotel. People yelling and young children crying until 2am. Sketchy looking people just sort of hanging around in hallways all hours of the night. Bring a gun.
