        These guys are scumbag builders who put quantity over quality. Its been a year and I still cant get anything above a light switch accomplished. My 20k upgraded bathroom is not leveled and drained appropriately it pools up every time I take a shower. I have a 3/4 inch gap filled with silicone between the glass and the wall. My 10k porch upgrade had a 3 foot drop to my backyard which has a terrible slope that rendered it useless. I look around, and my neighbors have the same problem. If the reason you buy a house is to have a backyard, oakwood isnt the builder for you. They pawn off all their builder defects to Shazam and shazam will drag everything out and stop answering after the year.
