We recently hired Gary for our basement finishing project after our designer recommended him. She referrers to him as "the unicorn" because he truly is in a class by himself when it comes to contractors. We interviewed several other contractors before hiring Gary and I can say with confidence that Gary's level of skill, creativity, and professionalism are not easy to find. Also, he has access to great subcontractors and gets the best out of them. Our project has been done for a couple months now and we continue to be thrilled with the results. All the attention to detail and careful planning are evident throughout. The whole process was low-stress (fun even!), on schedule (except for city permit issues which were out of Gary's control), and on budget. If you want the very best, hire Gary. Very high quality, professional, construction company. Gary is a person of high integrity and maintains a tight ship. Our design team calls him "The Unicorn Contractor". Meaning, these kind of contractors hardly exist anymore and are virtually impossible to come by. If you're looking for a professionally run construction team, it doesn't getting any better than this one. Highly recommend. I had a great experience with Gary and his subcontractors. I was introduced to Gary by a friend whose house he remodeled. I'm so glad I did because he did a fantastic job. The best thing about Gary is his work ethic and quality of work. He is very detailed about the budget and timeline. He made great suggestions for my kitchen and expanding a skylight the length of the room, which added more light. I couldn't be happier with the work he completed. I would recommend Gary without hesitation!

Like many of you, I have heard many horror stories about contractors abandoning a project after halfway. When we first met Gary, our first impression is that he is very professional and arrives on time. He patiently answered all of our questions and gave us good solid advice. When he doesn't think it is right, he tells you. During the construction, he is always on-time, cleans up his work area, and minimizes the impact on us as much as possible. We are so glad that we picked Gary! Our kitchen looks amazing, and our kitchen/dining room area is so much better than before. After a year, I'm still thrilled with how it turned out. We have recommended him to other friends in town. Whatever Gary suggested, we agreed to it, and it always came out better than we thought! He has a lot of experience, and he is a great to work with!!
