Driver was a NO-SHOW. I was stranded at the airport with my wheelchair-bound child, with only an hour to get to our appointment at the childrens hospital (the entire reason for our flight). Neither the driver nor office will answer my calls. No idea if Ill get my money back. But if I dont, they can expect my attorney. Theres a special place in hell for someone who ghosts a little kid in a wheelchair at an airport.

Driver was a no show! Driver and company didnt answer their phones. I scheduled a van for my mom yesterday afternoon for pickup today between 10:15-10:30. Its now after 11am and there is no way for us to get mom to her 11:20am doctors appointment. Still havent heard back from the company after leaving messages on both phone numbers over 30 minutes ago. So disappointed that this company made my mom miss her important doctors appointment!

As Colorado's first NEMT at Denver International Airport enable wheelchair access: you'll first need to turn on 'Wheelchair access' in your #Lyft app settings. Once you turn it on, you'll see a new ride type called 'Wheelchair' when you request a ride from Denver Ambulette
