        Being 7 months postpartum getting back to my regular workouts can be hard and intimidating, but Pearl Street Fitness makes it accessible and comfortable! Ive thoroughly enjoyed every class. The programming is top notch and I leave dripping sweat every time, ha.

        So much stronger after going to Pearl Street Fitness! Love the mix of movement and the camaraderie. If you havent implemented strength training into your routine yet, I cant recommend this gym enough. Instructors really know what theyre doing, which is really important as well.

As a newbie to cross-training, I couldn't have asked for a better introduction. Their encouragement and personalized attention have helped me discover a newfound love for fitness. Lydia's classes have been my favorite so far
