P.A.C.T Wellness

I've been working out with PACT Wellness since it's opening and couldn't ask for more. The bootcamp sessions are always different - they're challenging but doable. I love how the participants support and encourage each other. So glad to be working out here.

The 6 am boot camp with John this morning was awesome! Best full body cardio and core workout. Highly recommend! The coaches & the members here are some positive and encouraging. It makes such a difference. Best way to start my day.

Great gym. I see my personal trainer here and I always feel like we have everything we need. The gym is very clean, and the restrooms are always stocked with lots of goodies, including mouthwash, wipes, lotion and more.

John is a great instructor! His boot camps are so fun and each one is different. Very clean and Covid practices in place! Everyone works at their own level and modifications are always suggested if needed. All ages attend these boot camps and everyone is made to feel welcome
