Eli was great. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time and completed the work very quickly. I appreciate the hour time window provided versus the five hours given by another company. Eli gave me options for the repair, no pressure. I will call again.

My Garage door cables needed to be replaced. I found them through Apple Maps and saw that they have late night repair service. I called after 7:30 pm and the dispatcher was very polite and had a tech at my house in 40 mins. My technician, Fape, was fantastic. He was very polite and professional. He had all the parts he needed on his truck and was able complete repairs in the spot in about 90 minutes for a price I felt good with. I would highly recommend Garage Door Services, Inc to anyone needing repairs. Fape was very thorough. He even tightened all the hinges and lubricated all other moving parts and taught me how to maintain the door better than I was. Thank you Fape. Absolutely earned 5 stars

Eli was very courteous and efficient. He was personable and knowledgeable as well as accommodating. We called at 7:30 am and he was here before 9 am and had us back up and running before 9:30! We would absolutely call him again if needed and will be recommending him to our neighbors.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!! They stayed in contact with me the entire service from start to finish. Prices are best around and service is top notch!!!
