Herman Miller Retail Store

As a musician and studio engineer, I have been eyeing Herman Miller chairs for a long time, but never made the jump. After deciding to go to this store, I can say the jump has been made! Kim worked with me in great detail and helped me to try all of the chairs I had interest in, and even alternates. I can say without a doubt that Kims customer service (and the fit and function of the chairs, of course) was my selling point. Cant wait to receive my new chair!

I needed to replace a missing part that was difficult to track down. After a couple weeks I was notified that HM was unable to replace the missing part. Instead they recommend I repurchase the entire assembly. Unfortunate!

After developing some back problems with one of those cheap race car gaming chairs, I figured it was about time to get a grownup chair. I'm very tall, and from reviews most chairs are designed for folks up to about 6'2" so if you're taller than that to go try them out before buying anything. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Kim. She asked me about my use case and after listening recommended a couple chairs to try. I ended up going with the standard Embody in the nightfall. The sales experience was lovely, and Kim was a delight to work with. If you're in the market for a chair I'd highly recommend coming down to see them in person and ask for Kim!

Our overall experience in the Herman Miller store was extremely good. Kim, the representative that helped us, was very knowledgeable about her products and listened intently to my needs to help me find the exact chair that I need. I think the quality of the products speak for themselves and is also expressed in the showroom itself. Overall a very pleasant and productive experience. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional quality and expertise the Herman Miller showroom.
