(TL;DR: Great experience, great staff. Highly recommend.) I never knew couch shopping could be such a pleasant experience. My fianc and I went in last weekend to take advantage of their 20% off sale. I had been looking at couches for months and was hesitant to order from an online company without being able to see them in person. I liked that Interior Define has so many customization options, and has actual studios so we could try the couches before ordering. I exchanged several emails with Sydney, who was super responsive and very helpful. I initially had some concerns about Interior Define because I'd read that they are under entirely new management after the company had some major issues last year (which resulted in lots of angry reviews from customers whose orders were significantly delayed). Sydney was very open about these issues and went into depth about the changes the new management has made to ensure these problems won't happen again. I was also reassured that their lead times are back down to 10-14 weeks, and I didn't see any negative reviews about the quality of their furniture. Sydney wasn't working the day we came in, but Kadie was also super helpful and knowledgeable. We sat on every couch in the studio to get an idea of what specs we wanted for our own couch (depth, chaise length, type of cushion fill, etc. etc.) and confirmed that we liked the look of the fabric we had chosen based off the swatches I'd ordered. We were definitely impressed by the quality of all their couches. After we made our decision, Kadie emailed me a quote with a link that made it super easy to place the order. Overall, this was a really pleasant (and fun) couch shopping experience and I highly recommend checking out this studio if you are looking for custom furniture. We can't wait to get our new couch in ~10 weeks!

This company is fraudulent. I spent over $1200 july 2022. The company kept delaying my delivery. I reached out 4 times with no response. Finally the company went bankrupt. I had to file a legal form to attempt a refund. Still nothing. And, they are selling the chair I ordered and paid for! How can they not complete my order but are taking new ones?! I am angry. It was a big big purchase for me and I saved for a long time. Do not shop here. This should be illegal.

As I do not live close to any Interior Define showrooms I have used the online option. With the help of designer Milena Leonard both by phone, text and email, I was able to chose the sectional sofa I wanted. With her patience, friendly manner, help, advice and encouragement I feel I have made a great choice. I would highly recommend Milena to anyone looking to buy from this company. When my sofa arrives I will update with a photo.

Highly recommend Interior Define. Gorgeous showroom and top notch service from Milena. She helped me pick out the most perfect chairs to finish off my living room! I really appreciate the patience Milena had with me while I showed her photos and described what I was looking for. Great experience!

I wanted to order a specific accent chair, so I visited the store to test it out. Even though they didnt have the one I wanted in store, the store attendants were helpful and showed me similar chairs, even mentioning they would email me a picture of a similar sized person sitting in the original chair for comparison. When I mentioned I liked fluffier chairs the store attendant mentioned that they could get it double down stuffed. I called the store to purchase the chair since the online website didnt have the double down stuffed option nor did I receive the picture comparison via email. No one answered so I left two voicemails over the week stating I wanted to buy the chair and to call me back. No one did, which was unfortunate cause l missed out on the 25% off promotion that was going on. If they are this hard to reach when Im making multiple attempts to give them my money, I cant imagine the lack of customer support after purchasing.
