        We had a unique experience with Modern Bungalow. We bought a beautiful handcrafted dining set and three of the chairs were subsequently damaged after we had owned them for a year. We called Modern Bungalow to see if they could have them refinished at a charge of course. They were able to do that for a $100 each which we thought was reasonable. But then they asked how is our table doing? The weird thing was it had developed micro cracks in the finish and they said, no problem it has a lifetime warranty. I wasn't even looking to get it refinished and suddenly I was faced with returning my table to have it repaired. They even sent out a loaner table and paid for the cost of shipping. "Who does that these days?" I was not expecting that nor was I asking for that but they truly delivered on their word. I guarantee you that kind of customer service does not exist to my knowledge but here we found it at Modern Bungalow. So refreshing in the world we live in today!

        SUPERIOR customer service!! I purchased a couple of custom Arroyo Craftsman lights for my new home from Modern Bungalow online. The whole experience was *stellar*. They ensured my order was exactly what I wanted, walked me through the timeline for the custom order and the lights arrived exactly as I specified and even showed up earlier than they anticipated. I will definitely order from them again and can't wait to get my new lights installed!
