I recently had laminate flooring replaced in two rooms, which had been damaged because of flooding. Jillian was very responsive and helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. The quote was very fair, and I was so pleased that the job was able to be scheduled sooner than I had expected. The installers, Mark and Juan, were friendly, professional and considerate, and did a really beautiful job. Highly recommended.

We hired Jillian from Roberts for a simple re-carpet job after a tenant moved out of a rental property. It was a small space without much creativity, but Jillian treated it like a 5 star resort job. It was such a pleasure to work with her, I very much look forward to hiring her again!

Jillian with Roberts has been my go to for anything flooring for a few years now. She helped me navigate a difficult situation when our house cleaners damaged our carpet. We love our new carpet! Fast forward a couple years and I wanted to redo our stairs. I got a quote from Jillian and decided I could do it cheaper myself. Fast forward another year and I am still working on my stairs. I am over what Jillian quoted me and have learned my lesson. Jillian is not only professional and knowledgeable, she is a source that helps you even when you make a huge mistake.

I highly recommend Roberts Floor Coverings! We worked with Jillian to help us pick out tile for our newly finished bathroom in the basement. She helped us pick out tile for the shower, base and flooring. The response was timely, a fair price for the excellent work that was done, and they were great when it came to installation and service. Can't recommend Jillian and Roberts Floor Coverings enough!
