No longer in business, phone is inactive. The local, family owned business was great to interact with. The owner and daughter came out to size the rooms and help us with the carpet selection. They both knew lots about their products. We selected Mohawk brand carpet to be installed in two rooms. We were reminded with an email a couple of days prior to our install, that let us know they were still on track for the install. The installers were prompt. The installation was flawless and fast (1/2 day). The carpet seams were so well put together that they are not noticable. The price was similar (less) than the big box stores. After the install the owner and daughter came back out to check out the install and see if we had any questions. Added customer service - They gave us a nice giftbag as well. I would definitely recommend this company as we had no issues.

Honest straight forward people to work with. Installers were awesome as well. Experience was great from start to finish.

I hired First Choice Flooring to refinish my hardwood floors and replace the carpeting in my daughter's room. I made it very clear to the person who came out to give me a quote that the carpeting was my top priority as my dog peed in there and the room was unusable due to the smell. She assured me they would order the carpet right away and call me to get the job scheduled. For the hardwood, she told me the job would take 2 days and stated we would just have to stay off of it during that time. Many weeks later they finally call back and tell me the hardwood job will take 3 days and we have to evacuate the house while it is being completed. I set aside 3 days to try to work with them. They call back a few days later and says their hardwood guy doesn't work on weekends so we will have to evacuate our home during the week. I tell them we can't do that and we want to cancel the hardwood job. They never mention the status of the carpet during all of this back and forth. It's been over a month now and I still haven't heard anything about scheduling the carpet job and they still haven't processed my refund for the hardwood flooring. I tell them at this time I just want to cancel both jobs and they tell me they can't give me a full refund because now they have to return the carpeting and pay fees for that- the carpeting that they have never confirmed was ever delivered and never scheduled to replace. I tell them this is not acceptable and they go radio silent. I'm still waiting on my refund and any resolution. Horrible customer service and people giving quotes who don't know what they are quoting. Find another business to do your job.
