Horrible experience. We were shopping for a new vanity. We had to find someone to help us at the vanity and bathroom display models. We were told to go to the back of the store to buy one. Apparently the wife and I didn't appear we could afford the custom higher priced models. We did return to the custom display to look at their catalog. The first gentleman almost ran over my wife with a cart he was pushing. Didn't even say excuse me. There were 2 other ladies that were too busy talking that they didn't ask if we needed any help. Finally we went to another store and purchased what we needed. The customer service is horrible!

Our experience was great in this location. Restroom and lobby was overall clean and organized. We where helped by a young man named Asiel . He was very patient with us . Answered all our questions with complete knowledge. He even help us put all materials into our cart and loaded them on our truck. On top of that he is bilingual . Happy with our 2 hour trip here .

Checked website and said open unit 7Pm but when came for shopping some tiles it closed for whether will open at 7Am tomorrow
