    The most un professional service I have ever used. They charge a lot of money for a document that NO notary public will authenticate. The Secretary of State does not accepted either. If you for what ever reason you need the "AUTHENTIC" document they charge you even more money. Also, they charge 60 or 70 dollar for something that the Secretary of State changes only 5 dollars. Simply, this company is a rip off, be aware that will take you to the cleaners. And the bottom line is that they do not know what they are doing, except taking your money.

    Janae/Janelle did not make me feel at all important. Unfortunately, I feel as if I was not being taken seriously and that my issue was insignificant. It seems as though, if mistakes are made this fingerprinting establishment would rather have you fork out more money rather than give quality assistance.

    The online experience and one in-person initially was great. However, this company, if you actually call them, needs massive improvement in their customer service and how they handle themselves on the phone. Had I not had a good experience online and with the gentleman who did my fingerprints, I would give a 1 star. The woman I spoke to was absolutely rude and when asked to site a law that she said was the law in which she was to abide by she became snippy and then hung up. If my fingerprints are held for 30 days, it is a legitimate question to ask what the law is as to why they require me to get new finger prints done if Im asking for the report within the 30 days. If it is a rule, state it is a rule but if youre going to say it is a law, then be ready to site said law for people to fully understand. Absolutely appalling behavior and rude to hang up when youre called out on not siting the law.

We are not sure of exactly which service you are referring to as notary service is not offered by Colorado Fingerprinting. Perhaps the service you are referring to is apostille service for FBI background check results with the federal secretary of state office in Washington DC, if an applicant needs authentication at the state level it is not a service offered by Colorado Fingerprinting. The apostille service we offer does not require the applicants to mail anything, tracking is included with the results ensuring that the results are not lost when shipped and applicants appreciate the convenience of having their request processed and not having to do anything else.You are certainly able to explore do it yourself options which typically incur costs to ship requests to Washington DC, shipping costs for results, and the risk that it does not get completed in a timely manner. Dear Kelsi,Thank you for your feedback. When registering for fingerprinting we ask applicants several times to make sure all information is correct. Once an order is placed and fingerprints are submitted there is no way to change any information. We show that you registered for the CBI CABS program and the reason fingerprinted select was for PRIVATE OCCUPATIONAL SCHOOLS 12-59-105 7. We do our best to take applicants seriously and to be as empathetic as possible but the reality is that we are not able to change any information on your order which is completed. The reason fingerprinted cannot be changed on an existing order and the only option is to place a new order with the additional fee. We again apologize for any inconvenience.
