Great customer service, they packed everything safely and it made the 1300 mile trip without any damage. Would recommend using them for all your shipping needs.

I went here to get a document notarized after my bank was completely unhelpful in getting it done. I called the (business) day before and was told they could notarize with a birth certificate since it was for someone with a lost ID, and the document needing notarized was to get a replacement ID, which I explained over the phone before going in. Upon speaking to the notary at the bank, he pretty much said there was nothing he could do and suggested we go to this place instead, because "maybe they do it differently". It was obviously a bit of a strange situation, not just the normal show ID, sign, get notarized, but the notary helped us figure it out and we were able to get the document notarized, instead of basically just telling us to go away.

I've shipped her for several years and couldn't be happier. The entire staff is helpful and they make the process very easy.

I have been coming into this shop for 15 ish years. Went tonight with a very large package that I was returning. I used the same box that UPS delivered originally to me. It was pretty beat up. The owner sees the box and very loudly says whats that pointing to the box. Starts stating they wont take it. Luckily the UPS fellow was there and indeed accepted the box for a return shipping. He never spoke to me, he never made eye contact with me. It was as if he was angry. I wont go back in there Bummer because as I said I have been loyal to his shop for over decade. Why be so rude? Why not calmly ask the question? I felt as if I was in trouble. Thank goodness for the UPS fellow Edit- to be clear I have no intention of ruining a business, any business, as you claim I do. Seems you are doing a good job yourself being so disrespectful to customers To be clear regardless who called UPS from the back room, the he was there . . The young UPS driver looked at the box and smiled, said no problem I can take your box. A man flailing his arms with a short rude loud voice does not hurt my feelings. My feeling were not hurt, are not hurt. The behavior offered from the owner was insulting And rude at best!! Deserves 0 stars !!!n Its not about feelings its about good business
