Canvas Credit Union University Branch

I have been a "member" of this financial institution for 7+ years I am paying every month, just a little behind, maybe 6 weeks... I was living in my car and had to get a place to live. Now, I am in able to register the vehicle I rely on, because this institution, will not release a title to a state office for registration... I miss the day when Western Rockies FCU treated me like family!

I paid off my car for $32,000 in October. I received a letter (PAID IN FULL) in November along with the title. That same month it was removed from my credit report. Fast forward to January 2023, I check my credit and get docked 64 points because Canvas placed an auto loan back on my credit and tried to say I still owe. Ummmmmm I wrote a check for nearly $33k. There was no mistake and now because of this mishap, my chances to purchase a home are delayed because of their incompetence. Worst bank ever!
