Worst service of any chick-fil-a I have ever been to. There was 1 car in front of us in the drive thru no other vehicles. It was a minimum wait of 20 mins and then they forgot half our order. Good thing we were visiting family in the neighborhood as we had just came into Denver off the interstate. We had been driving all day through a Blizzard, 75mph winds and a dust storm and just wanted to eat and rest. Had to go back to get my child's order that was not included and another 20 minute wait. No apologies or remorse for their screw up. My pleasure my a$$. Horrible manager no accountability, also another customer came in because their order was also missing items.

This is the best chik fil a. I pulled up in the drive thru 30 minutes before close and then when I got to the window to pay I asked to add more nuggets to my order. I used to work food service and I knew I was being annoying as hell and I felt bad. The person at the window was so nice and gave me extra sauce, the food was ready in less than a few minutes. They made sure to ask if I wanted napkins or utensils too. Just above and beyond service that really made my rough day into a better one. Thank you guys :,)
