        I never felt so disrespected until today visit. I went thru drive thru not paying attention to the sign they have up. The drive thru was mobile online order and the other one said drive thru order. I told them I wasnt aware of the signs at the time an I was told they couldnt take my order was to wait in the line than drive complete back around to order cause that line was only for mobile apps order, but at the same time there was a car in front of me that was a mobile app. That was in the drive thru order line. Please explain whats the difference why they didnt tell her that. So now I feel like it was discrimination. Yes I am Black and she was white. I use to love Chick-fil-A until today. Just unbelievable after spoke to the manger all he could say was yeah it sound like a double standard but yet didnt try to accommodate the issue, sorry you have get back in line. The line was very long and I already had to stay in line to go pass to get out. I will never spend another dime with yall!!!!!!
