Party O'Clock

The POC team did a great job at our company holiday party. They took care of all the music and entertainment and were able to take special requests for songs during the event. It was a blast and they delivered!

I booked the photo booth and DJ stand for my wedding reception on July 17th and have experienced poor communication ever since. Right off the bat after booking, we found 2 mistakes in their contract, one being that their address was wrong! The deposit that I sent to them was returned due to the wrong address being listed and when I called to straighten it out the company was apologetic stating that they had just moved offices and hadn't updated their contract to reflect that. I decided to give them another chance and continue my services with them. As the process continued, communication with this company became less than ideal requiring 2 or 3 emails for one question before getting a response. Finally, when it came time for final payment, I received an invoice at 5:42 pm on June 18th stating that final payment was due on June 18 (the same day I received the email) or services would be cancelled and deposit forfeited. Because the contract that I signed stated that final payment was not due until early July, I delayed sending it on the 18th and sent an email asking for clarification instead. I finally received a response to this email 2 days ago, on July 8th and will credit Party O'clock for profusely apologizing for the issue. While I decided to cancel services through them due to the many bumps throughout the process, I do appreciate their apology and the fact that they offered to return my deposit after all to make it right, which is why I feel 2 stars is appropriate.
