Extremely unethical business. The staff are professional and very competent, but the entire office seems to be designed to intentionally mislead patients around their insurance. They will tell you that they will “do everything they can to get you a good price”. This is a roundabout way to avoid telling you that this dentist is not in network for any insurer and will be billed as out of network and at a very high cost to the patient.
As an insurance professional myself, I find this practice despicable, and I would expect a medical professional to have a higher moral code. Any dentist involved in such a practice is an embarrassment to the profession.
On this basis alone, I do not recommend that anyone give their business to this group.

Dr. Baxter is truely amazing! Witnessing the transformations when doing cosmetic procedures like veneers are breathtaking. She ALWAYS takes the time and effort for each and every patient to make sure that it is done to perfection. I am happy to say that I am part of this team!

Care you did not know to expect from your dentist. Each of the members of Dr. Baxter's team have a great sense of humor, care about people's well-being and are sincere in their curiosity and interest. My family and I have all received excellent care here. For the past 6 years, I've driven 40 miles to go to Dr. Baxter instead of a local dentist.
