I had a great first appointment experience at Paloma! Everyone was very friendly, the office was very clean and comfortable, and Dr. Bassett answered all my questions. All paperwork was sent to me to complete ahead my appointment date so there was basically no wait time. I will definitely be returning!

This is an LGBTQIA+ safe space. From the doctor to her staff, this is truly the best medical establishment I have ever visited. The care that they show their patients everyday is completely unmatched. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now, haha. They have very fair pricing from what I have experienced. I went on a handful of different invisalign consultations and the price that I was offered was about 30% lower than everywhere else I went. It was not only a better price, but also a considerably better experience. Dr. Bassett took the time to sit with me and go over my very extensive list of questions. She took the time to make sure I fully understood everything and also cared enough to point out potential side effects of treatment or further treatments I may need that not a single other dentist or orthopedic cared enough to point out and further discuss. I was in a weird headspace and having a really hard time today. Upon entering, I was told that I brighten their day every time I am there. Something so simple yet so touching to hear; especially after the horrific day I have had. They have a patient for life. Thank you so much for creating such an incredibly comfortable, accepting, safe, and welcoming environment.

The team at Paloma dental was great. It was my first time going there and I was a little nervous. They answered all of my questions and made me feel cared for. Theyre also very efficient! The office and exam room were very comfortable. I will definitely be back!

I hadnt been to the dentist in over a decade, so I was kind of nervous about it. But every employee I met from the receptionist, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist was incredibly kind. My appointment was quick and efficient and my teeth are very happy. Cannot recommend highly enough, especially if youre worried about judgmental or purely clinical dental appointments.

Although I have felt compelled, I have never left a message for a business, service, etc, but felt I'd be remiss if I didn't to confirm what other posters have said. New to the area and about a month ago went to a local chain dentist and as soon as I sat in dental chair something felt for a lack of a better word, scammy. I left there being told I had three cracked molars and two cavities and to come back for a cleaning(yes, the cleaning was not done on the X-ray/exam visit) and a "treatment plan". Within an hour I was doing research and came upon Paloma Dental. The reviews sounded too good to be true, and the fact they are a woman-owned(I'm a man) business were enough for me to setup an appointment for three weeks later. Let me tell you this: Paloma is the real deal: professional, transparent, and personable. They have state of the art equipment, and the staff from the front desk to the hygienist, to the doctor(s) are pleasant, care about your concerns, and proficient. The vibe is chill, and lastly/most importantly--had a cleaning with the exam and was told I had no cracked teeth, no cavities, and they'd see me in six months. A truly hidden gem of a dental practice....thank you ladies!
