Zero customer service, communication or flexibility. Don't waste your time - your business is not valuable to Donna Beth. I went into Donna Beth Creations looking for a quote for my wedding dress alterations. Upon arrival I was shuffled around without eye contact or any sort of greeting and instructed to put on my dress. Without inquiring what alterations I was hoping to have, Donna began pinning my dress and making notes. After 5 minutes she instructed me to take off the dress and meet her at the desk. When I exited the dressing room her associate brought me over to her desk and started confirming dates for multiple upcoming appointments without any information on the process or what to expect. Then I sat down with Donna who gave me an alterations quote which was double what I paid for my dress. I calmly informed her that her quote was above my budget so I would need to shop around before making a decision. Instead of asking what my budget was, or attempting to negotiate with me on the cost, Donna inquired how I managed to secure an appointment with her studio without discussing my budget (which she had still not asked about). I notified her that I booked online, which is a service her website offers, and she did not reply. She simply informed me that all (10) of the pins would need to be removed from my dress and I was ushered out. I have worked in weddings as an event manager for over 10 years and I know what alterations can and should cost, especially for a simplistic dress such as mine. I hope that Donna Beth can afford to be so selective in their clientele, because I will certainly be sharing with all of my vendor partners to not use her services. I am happy to take my business to another tailor who values their customers.

Donna Beth and Alejandro did a vintage re-design of my mom's wedding dress for my wedding. The whole process was truly MAGICAL and I am so grateful for the experience my mom and I shared through the process with them. Peter at Donna Beth did an AMAZING job with both my wedding dress and the bridal jumpsuit I wore to my rehearsal dinner. I requested to add some lace to the back of the jumpsuit to make the open back more bridal, and when Peter saw that the original lace that was added just didnt look perfect, he had it completely redone with a beautiful new lace pattern. Both the dress and the jumpsuit fit perfectly, and I couldnt be happier with how everything turned out. Donna Beth is definitely pricey for alterations, but you get what you pay for!
