Was quoted $16 for a simple one leg pant hem, after I got home had a missed call stating it would require an extra $16 so $32 total for a simple pant leg stitch. I was quoted one price then left my pants and switched to a higher rate. Bait & switch. It would likely take two weeks to accomplish as well. They are very proud of their prices, 4x the cost of the median price in Denver. Don’t waste money and time. See local market price attached and compare to this place.

Extremely overpriced. Very poor quality for the super high luxury price when not luxury quality or service. Not done by hand and not reliable or dependable. Dropped off clothes and they didn’t give them all back to me. Noticed multiple items were missing. Said where are they you aren’t giving me back all my shirts I dropped off and they said they didn’t know. Not until days or weeks later was I able to get them back. This has happened with different clothing items- one item on one occasion and another item or two on another occasion. Holes in the ceiling, lack of checking to ensure giving back right items. Run of the mill basic cleaner charging super luxury price when not a luxury cleaner or with luxury service. There are other options that are a better value. They did finally get back to me and get me back my shirt which was good. No compensation for the inconvenience /mistakes but did I get my shirt and items back so switching this review to two stars from one star.
