Both drive through outside ATMs broken and lines inside take forever.

I do not want to hear anymore about there being a national coin shortage! I went into this branch today to cash in my change into my account and was told that they dont have a coin counting machine. So I asked the girl if I could just deposit the change into my account and she said not unless its rolled. Who on gods green earth collects their change and rolls it, not very many people I know. I cant believe weve come to this day and age where your own bank that you bank at will not accept your change in deposit it into your account!!!! I had to go else where and was charged a fee to cash it in. Definitely looking into switching banks!

Despite what the reviews say, I always have an extremely pleasant time when I go inside. Everyone is very welcoming. They should have another teller when several people are sitting around doing nothing.. but whatever. Maybe they are too important to help people with cash management.
