        I am a new business customer and after interviewing several other lenders, I selected MidWest One. While still a new customer, I have had a very positive experience with the team. Jess, Matt, and Chris have worked together to provide a very high level of customer service and guidance. They have also been professional and timely with responses. So far very impressed.

        They are fine. But do not allow online payments. It's crazy how they are the only bank that seems to not allow this. I received a statement on the 25th of the month and the payment is due the 1st, but no online pay is allowed so my check with my handwritten envelope (because they don't include and envelope either) is finally going out now and the payment is late. Get with the times.
