Einstein Bros. Bagels

Note that this is NOT a cafe or coffee shop, just a place to pick up bagels and coffee to go -- no seating available -- and though the map listing says 'drive thru' I don't think they have one at this location. You have to get their app to order 'online', which feels kind of pushy. The bagels and coffee are usually pretty good.

I came here the other day , and had to wait 30+ minutes for a bagel and coffee but I decided to give them another chance and come again this time ordering ahead of time. Well this was the result. Hair on my bagel , and barely any toppings with a ton of cream cheese. I am so disappointed with this location. I often eat at Einstein but this particular location is ruining it all.

Had a breakfast bagel here on 4/10/22 and it was OK, but customer service from Morgan was pathetic. The interaction was nothing but attitude, slow service and apathy from her. Customer Service Refresh Training needs to happen ASAP!

Usually got onion bagels but today they said they were discontinuing them for 90 days to see how popular they were and said something about measuring staff and customers quality of life. UPDATE april 2022: Even after They brought the bagels back they are either out of them or they are out of the smoked salmon shmear that I like to put on my bagels. This has happened way too often and I am extremely disappointed I am going to be looking for a new location because this location has let me down far too often for me to give them my business too bad for them VERY DISAPPOINTED.
