I can't stand this place - and that's too bad because its right down the block from my house. Every time I go in my order takes forever, even if there aren't other people waiting. The last time I went in I stood at the counter under the sign that reads 'Place Order Here' for a literal 5 minute period (timed on my phone - I do this every time I go in there because its always funny to see how long it actually takes to toast a bagel and my girlfriend and I bet the under/over on 5 minutes most of the time) and during those 5 minutes I had at least 5 employees walk within 3 feet of me but not one ever acknowledged me. I made eye contact with several employees, but again, no acknowledgement at all. At one point there were no other customers waiting at all - either to put in an order or get an order - and I still got no acknowledgement. The guy at the checkout looked down at me, walked my way, but then turned left and headed into the kitchen. I left - and I hope I don't end up back in there - its just too convenient to black list at this point.

This location has the worst management I've seen. I've been in 3 times the last 2 weeks and they havent had the sandwich I wanted to order any of the times. Employees have terrible attitudes.

This is the worst bagel shop location I've ever been to, particularly Einstein Bros Bagels. Just terrible. 1 star is being kind.
We ordered 3 bagels with schmear, all of which had hardly any schmear on them. For $1.50 upgrade (or whatever the massive cost of cream cheese is) per bagel to get nothing of note is just absurd (it looked like butter on toast). I asked one of the employees the reason and if we could get more but they said there should be plenty of schmear on our bagels and they went back to trying to figure out how to fill the half and half for coffee. It was just plain schmear, which would seem to be an easy fix. We had our order set as a TOGO, however my kids were hungry so we stuck around and ate outside the restaurant. Perhaps the low/poor quantity of schmear was because they figured we would be long gone before we noticed. We thought that each of the employees was so stoned that they had trouble even recognizing customers were in line (maybe 4 or 5 people in line). It was not that busy but the dazed and confused look of employees who ignored customers was unbelievable. Overall, I thought the quality of the experience we very poor and the value was even worse. Terrible customer service didn't help either.

Every time I go this Einsteins it is terrible. The last time, after observing the attitudes and overall apparent hygiene of their staff I questioned whether or not I even wanted my food handled by them. They also seemed more concerned with hanging out with each other and fooling around than working. Every time you go their they either get your order wrong, don't have want you came to order, or they just ignore you and make you wait forever. The last time I was there I was the only in the restaurant and it took them 20 minutes to poor some soup into a bowl and put it in a bag for me. The management in this office either is seriously out of touch with how a restaurant should be run, or is of equal par to the rest of the staff and should be replaced.
