I recently contacted Rockies Environmental for help with asbestos mitigation and they were excellent! I had spoken to 2 other companies before calling them and felt hopeless and overwhelmed but this company was amazing! Levy came out to my place quickly and was incredibly thorough in taking notes, explaining the process to me, and keeping in communication each step of the way. He was also personable and kind during what was a difficult time and that helped make the process a little easier. The whole team was considerate, timely, and professional. I can not recommend them enough!

I hired Rockies for asbestos abatement and Im very pleased with their work. I interviewed 4 contractors for the job and Rockies had the most thorough proposal. Their work was done in a timely manner. The finished product was very clean and complete. I would recommend Rockies to anyone needing a fair and reputable company for asbestos abatement.

Alfredo and his team did an amazing job on our basement. Not only was REDS competitive on price, but they were able to start right away and did an A+ job. I can't recommend them enough.

Great experience from start to finish. We had a sewer line break, which resulted in flooding in our basement. When beginning to tear out flooring, we discovered mold, and decided to call a disaster company to assist with proper mold remediation. Initially, we started working with a different company, who did the bare minimum for drying out the area, and told us it would be 2 weeks to even obtain an estimate on full remediation, due to the presence of asbestos and involvement of another subcontractor of theirs. We needed the moldy material out of the house in order to begin sewer line repairs, so we looked to find a company we could work with directly, instead of subcontracting through an intermediary. Through our search, we came across Rockies Environmental and Demolition Services (R.E.D). Irwin, the owner, arrived to our house 2 hours after our initial phone call. He did an evaluation of scope and took measurements to prepare an estimate. While on site, he corrected several errors from the previous company (ex: 4ft of wall would need to be removed, per EPA guidelines , as this was Class 3 Water Damage from sewer water; not 2ft as recommended by the pervious company), and explained in detail the process by which they would safely contain the asbestos work area. We received a quote back by end of day, as Irwin stated we would. R.E.D. worked seamlessly with our insurance company to provide estimate details and answer any questions for our adjuster. Since we were already getting a permit and setting up for asbestos removal, we decided to expand the scope and demo the full lower level of our home, removing all asbestos containing material. During initial setup, we decided to expand our scope again, and include an additional foyer wall. R.E.D was accommodating to these requests, and was able to quote and adjust quickly to our new requirements. The crew was punctual, hard working, clean, and respectful of our property. We got to know our two foremen, Alfredo and Roberto, who would give us updates throughout the workday, and a summary of work completed and tomorrows outlook at the end of each day. The project was completed within the estimated time frame, air sampling was clear, and the area was pristine and ready for us to begin renovations. Our experience with this company was so positive that we intend to use them for rebuilding our basement.

I highly recommend Rockies environmental Honest and trustworthy with the owner, the supervisors and the crew Great communication with the owner and the supervisors explaining the process and returning phone calls The crew worked with precision and efficiency, the basement was left cleaner than it ever had been. Very impressive
