Worst experience renting. Mark in the office is a nasty human. Deleting contracts in leasing portal and then yelling at me instead of just explaining the situation clearly.

False advertising! Change wording on option to get out of lease and dont honor what was given in paperwork during signing of lease - even for a perfect tenant who lived tenant for over a year. I was with my daughter when she shopped for apartments and the ability to get out of a lease was the reason she chose Modera River North.

False advertising. The "Peace of mind guarantee" wording was changed after I moved in and they did not honor their original advertising that they told me and stated that they can change those terms whenever they want. Do not believe any of the "peace of mind guarantees". Any extra amenities can be taken away at any time so do not sign just for the amenities (hot tub in working condition - it was broken for MONTHS with no credit to residents, cold brew coffee on tap, bikes that you can rent, etc got taken away). My apartment floor was so dirty when I moved in that I could not place anything on the ground without it getting brown dirt on the items. They sent someone to clean it but I had to move my things in so they just kind of mopped around my stuff. Upper management does not see its residents as human, just a dollar sign. Do not expect any humane interactions, you will always be told that "they cannot do anything about it". I was not offered an option to resign my lease for anything less than 12 months, I was hoping to sign a 6 month lease when I resigned and upper management would not budge at all. Location is fun but parking is terrible. Overall I would recommend spending your money elsewhere, this specific location isn't worth it.
