IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD.... HORRIBLE STAFF - ALWAYS TOO BUSY TO TALK AND REFERS ME TO LOOK AT APARTMENTS.COM FOR INFORMATION. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

When I called to inquire about the apartment the guy who answered the phone acted like I was bothering him for wanting more information. Also - the number listed on this Google Business profile leads to someones personal iPhone.... very strange. Followed up several times and was ignored - I'd follow the rest of the reviews listed here and list elsewhere. If I can't even get a response for when I want to literally commit to giving you money, I doubt I'd be able to get a response signing a lease. Such a shame because its such a cool and modern building.

With COVID19 happening in all of our lives has caused the BEST to come out in people. Moto Apartments have went way beyond their responsibility to help my family. So thank you Ryan and the owners of Moto for all your support and help. These are great people and they have amazing apartments.
