        Absolutely the worst apartment complex and even worse staff. If you love roaches and neighbors that leave bags of trash all over the complex and steal your mail because they choose to renovate the leasing office but neglected the dated mail room/apartments themselves then this is the place for you. Moral of the story is dont be like me counting down the days till my lease is up so I can get the f out of this dump!

        DO NOT LIVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT !!! My experience living here has been terrible, Avantus apartments has to be the worst place I have ever lived at. I have lived here for almost 2 years and nothing good has come from living here. From the homeless people living in the building, no water or hot water at all, people trying to steal cars, trash all over the place, the police or fire department here almost every week. A household member almost got their car stolen last night due to the security gates never being closed . There are supposed to be courtesy patrol but I have never seen anyone patrolling anywhere in 7 months. Not to mention packages being stolen and mailboxes being broken into with people stealing mail. On 4th of July there was an active shooter in the building . This place is a joke and a dump but god forbid the leasing office looks bad they just had it renovated and when going in there you would think youre going to get a really nice luxury apartment WRONG this is all a scam. Went down to the office to talk about these problems and the property manager was getting irritated and started getting snippy with us VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THIS PLACE IS A HUGE JOKE AND I WOULDNT RECOMMEND LIVING IN THIS DUMP TO ANYONE
