They kicked me out at 8am after paying $ 850 in total days before Christmas.. and wouldn't let me take my own things out of the apartment. I lost 95% of all my clothes my medicine. My documents. The two police officers were so racist I was the only one escorted out of the appt. And made to wait while they chose what to bring down.. I was in tears and because I was a 62 blk man in tears the officers tried to have me committed to mental health.... I was not at fault. The property could have easily taken the ads down stopped people from renting instead took our money and kicked us out. With nothing.

I came in for a tour with Ruben. He showed me around the building, as well as a few different units in order to give me an overall sense of the property. It has definitely made my short list.

I used to live here for one year, Its not worth the price. Its run on a central boiler and that boiler switches from heating to cooling when management sees fit. It would be out of commission sometimes leaving you hot in the summer. It was ALWAYS cold in the winter and I had to buy my own heater, There are no screens on the windows so good luck opening them. The washing machines are always filthy and I had to take my laundry to the laundromat on Kalamath. They also run on a phone app and just try washing anything when it is experiencing technical difficulties. Multiple homeless have pooped on the back entrance and sneak into the building at night by waiting until you use your key card to slide in after you. One time, there was a whole group camped out in the main lobby. Multiple people urinate on the entrance and by the key card box. It stinks of piss and you have to jump over the pools sometimes. The halls smell like smoke/weed and are dark and dismal. The worst part is that the fire alarm goes off OFTEN. So often that nobody cares about vacating, but it is deafening. It happened in the middle of the night and I stayed inside because I didnt want to go outside in the dark in a high crime area, The only option for parking (if you have a car) is in the Stout Street Garage across the street at $200/month. Its the worst public garage I have ever used and my car has been trapped in there with no way out occasionally. You can do a lot better than this place. Yes, I can verify that you get a gift card to leave a five star review. Now that Ive moved I dont have that incentive. Its pretty deceitful.
