I could not recommend SLB therapy more highly. As a therapist myself, I have met professionally with each of the therapists in this practice and know that their training, intentionality, and genuine care for each of their clients is what makes them stand out. They are kind and effective and provide the safe space necessary for real change to occur. This is my "go to" referral for my closest friends and family.

Sarah really makes you feel cared for and supported while helping you meet your goals. She asks good questions to help you go deeper in exploring thoughts, feelings, and patterns in relationships.

Unfortunately I have had a different experience with Sarah. I didn't ever feel like she was invested in my own well being or wanting to see me better myself. Several times she mentioned I could find a new counselor or she never followed up with me when I didnt reschedule. Not one text. I also felt like we didn't dive deep enough into issues I need to work on. I had friends point crucial things out to me, and Sarah said nothing about those same things. I should have paid my friends instead. I was hoping for ground breaking therapy like people mention they can experience with counselors and I wasn't so lucky.
