This place used to be great when Kim was the director! Now it's awful. The new director likes to start unnecessary drama. She's even causing her staff to hate their jobs. She messes with people who are doing well just because she can.

I have never in my 7 years of dealing with this place been so disappointed in their actions. The program director literally just threatened my 57 year old, mental diminished mothers (whos on Medicaid might I add) monthly medication OVER A DOLLAR they claim is from 2019. Maybe if you guys wanted that dollar, you should have tried to collect it while it was still legal to do so before about 9 months ago. YOU CANNOT TAKE MONEY FROM A MEDICAID PATIENT AT THIS TIME! But this has nothing to do with the dollar, the fact that your prescriber said my mother will no longer get her medication over that is just absurd and total insanity. The program director shouldnt be tasked with finances, they should be tasked with the betterment of patients. End of story. The front staff (save for Elyse, who should be absolutely ashamed of herself and had no need to get involved) was great, but theyre being held down by the absolute unprofessionalism by their higher ups. If you are looking for addiction treatment, dont start here, the frustration of their back and forth rule changes, and constantly loosing any paperwork that isnt valuable to them is nearly as stressful as using itself. Lucky it was a different place when I started, but they kicked out 98% of anyone who tried to do any good, and are now just understaffed, underperforming, and milking patients for their literal last dollars. Its sad what you guys have become. And Elyse, please learn to stay in your lane. Your show of professionalism is lacking all moral, and Kim (the previous program director who actually cared) NEVER would have stood for this and you know it. IF CORPORATE SEES THIS PLEASE REALIZE EVERY REVIEW SINCE THERE HAS BEEN A NEW PROGRAM DIRECTOR SPECIFICALLY MENTIONS HER FOR A REASON. Please get us someone who cares. Bring back Kim. Literally praying you hear this before more relapse due to this woman.

This place saved my life. The front desk, the dosing team, the directors, my counselor ESPECIALLY!!! I mean they really do care. I wouldn't be here without them.

They are far from helpful. Stay as far away from the program director as you can. When you are there to dose they scold you
