They keep saying I have no vouchers when multiple sources tell me I do. I think they are just trying to get money by billing me extra. I'm not the only one who is noticing this. Just 3 people from class have noticed

Never had an issue getting set up with my classes and staff was always friendly when going to class and my Sam is a good person and wants the best for his people and students would recommend working with him if you have the chance but everyone else is also good peoples never had a problem with anyone.

I was a patient at this facility i completed about 6 months of treatment here and when i came into one of what would of been my last days here there was a young looking very stoned looking mexican man who tried to tell me i smelled like marijuana. After physically threatening me i left and right away filed complaint to the CEO for descrimination as i felt this to be not only racially motivated but I have alot of serious issues with how this incident was handled. I was trying to if anything notify her that i felt uncomfortable proceeding at this location what occured. She was extremely rude first of all this Marcella... i didnt mention 3 days before this appointment in question my fiance died. I told this to not only the location when i went but to Marcella as well and if anything was emotionally bullied in an absolutely not empathic way. So yeah she eventually hung up after yelling about how her employee was intoxicated ect. I figured that wasn't productive at all so i emailed my actual councilor which ive had zero issues with her name is Yolanda about how i dont feel comfortable at the location especially after speaking with Marcella and would like to switch locations. Marcella proceeded by emailing me the next day saying my non compliance dismissal would be sent to my P.O. in which i responded that i will be filing suit against this location and filing formal complaints with the board as they are obviously in violation of the standards and procedures outlined in there rules which i made sure to read through. I suggest not going to this location.
