The people at Blue Kangaroo Packoutz were extremely helpful during a difficult time. They were quick to get the job started. When we called with questions, if they didn't know the answer right away, they were more than willing to find out for us. All our belongings were packed with care. When they returned our items, they were friendly and accommodating and willing to work around us. They went above and beyond to get our things back to us when we needed. My ceiling in my bedroom came down , bringing with it a bunch of insulation, Packoutz was there as soon as some of the insulation was cleared out, they understood that I needed clothes to go to work and got my work clothes cleaned and back to me in a very timely manner. After our house fire, Packoutz was there the next day helping us choose clothing that they cleaned by the next day. Then packed out and cleaned the remaining items. We were in a state of shock and they were comforting and understanding. Our items were stored for over 2 years. During this time I was always able to contact them if I needed to find something or have something brought to us. We have our items back now. In August I had a house fire and John Blake of Packoutz was the first vendor I worked with.The best came first! In trying to work through all the details and tasks of a fire restoration I have learned that good communication and follow through is essential. I really appreciated that John kept me informed of the process and explained everything to me. He also listened to my concerns and did his best to accomplish my goals. At times this meant further talks on my behalf with the insurance company and other times it was a matter of John trying to figure out what he could do to make things work. I really felt he considers it his responsibility to make his companys and his role in the fire restoration process as positive as possible . He definitely accomplished that. His crew was very careful with my belongings and friendly. Based on their actions I feel my belongings will return to me in their pre fire condition. I highly recommend Packoutz of Western Colorado. I am very thankful to have had PACKOUTZ available. I had mold damage in one of my closets and had to have demolition, decontamination, and reconstruction done. With the service that Seth provided, I now have piece of mind that my clothing and soft goods are clean and disinfected. Seth and his team have wonderful and gracious customer service and humanity.
