After our house fire, Packoutz was there the next day helping us choose clothing that they cleaned by the next day. Then packed out and cleaned the remaining items. We were in a state of shock and they were comforting and understanding. Our items were stored for over 2 years. During this time I was always able to contact them if I needed to find something or have something brought to us. We have our items back now. I am very thankful to have had PACKOUTZ available. I had mold damage in one of my closets and had to have demolition, decontamination, and reconstruction done. John, Tyler and his crew from Packoutz were amazing. We had a significant water damage issue that impacted every room of the house. The Packoutz team were great to work with. They responded to the location immediately and got down to work. Essentially, the entire house contents were documented, protected, boxed, and moved to storage containers which were also brought in by Packoutz. Non-salvageable items were recorded, photographed and submitted for insurance claims. They were always available for questions as well as always keeping us informed of issues. Hopefully we will never need this sort of response in the future, but if anyone else is in need, I have no hesitation in recommending Blue Kangaroo Packoutz of Western Colorado! In August I had a house fire and John Blake of Packoutz was the first vendor I worked with.The best came first! In trying to work through all the details and tasks of a fire restoration I have learned that good communication and follow through is essential. I really appreciated that John kept me informed of the process and explained everything to me. He also listened to my concerns and did his best to accomplish my goals. At times this meant further talks on my behalf with the insurance company and other times it was a matter of John trying to figure out what he could do to make things work. I really felt he considers it his responsibility to make his companys and his role in the fire restoration process as positive as possible . He definitely accomplished that. His crew was very careful with my belongings and friendly. Based on their actions I feel my belongings will return to me in their pre fire condition. I highly recommend Packoutz of Western Colorado. There was a fire at my storage unit. Almost everything from our three bedroom house was being stored there; everything from our living room and bedroom furniture to toys, books, pictures, things from my childhood etc. Everything was severely smoke damaged and I thought I had lost it all. Seth came and looked at everything with me. He gave me hope and told me that they should be able to save most everything. Packoutz came to my unit and loaded up everything. They took inventory of every item. Seth communicated directly with my insurance and they kept me in the loop as to what the process was and where they were at in it. They answered all my questions, were kind and understanding of my emotions, they took an extremely difficult situation and made it easy for me to make it through it.
