Staff are very friendly. For the 1st time in years I am losing weight with this program. 6 lbs but it's a great start for me!

UPDATE: Next experience was not as pleasant! Made a 40min commute to their office and got held up in traffic on Friday the 9th. Contacted their office to notify I was coming for my refill, apologized, explained my commute and stated I would be there right at 5 if not only a minute more and asked if she could just wait a couple minutes for me due to the distance. I was told "no, the doors automatically lock at 5pm!" Returned next day... and guess what? It's a key lock door! Had to make another long commute for what took them 1 minute for the front desk to complete my transaction. I understand no one wants to stay late, but 1-2 minutes after knowing I drove nearly an hour. Very disheartening! Awesome location and staff! I was in and out, and the team is super friendly. A+

Been a Patient for about a year, Love the staff. If you're looking to lose weight this is the place to start. I've lost over 10 pounds

I love the staff my ONLY complaint is get guest wi-if! If we have to wait it is a much easier experience. Very few phones in that building have service.
