Good people working in the facility, greedy disrespectful management. Booked an appointment for my wife for her Birthday. Restore cancelled the appointment. Asked for a refund, and they are refusing her a refund. Called & emailed multiple levels of management, no returned calls. They are a $500Mil Corporation with an apparent policy for greed. Much better local small businesses available who care about the customer.

Hourly staff are kind and helpful. Management and owners however are not and only care about sales. Be careful spending money here, because they will not refund you even if Restore is not able to provide the services you paid for [staffing issues]. I have been an active client of Restore for 5 months and will not be returning.

Honestly, I had a great experience for the service I wanted but once it was all finished I was pressured to purchase a membership. I had to say no at least 5 times just before I could pay for the single service I had gone for. Since then I have been harassed with phones calls and texts after I have opted out and contacted them to take me off any list. It is very predatory and very apparent these guys are paid a commission with how hard they harass people. I am more than happy to find services else where because it is not very restorative and relaxing to feel pressured to spend hundreds of dollars on a membership after you've continuously said no.

Megan and Roger are always so welcoming, helpful, and extremely friendly! The cryo services are the best i have experienced in Colorado!
