Our Family Vet

I had been going to this vet for almost 15 years with my two malamutes. My mothers current dog cat, and every family dog weve ever owned and in the recent two litters 17 dogs all have been there and recommended by me. Ive been very pleased with the service provided. Until one day I had 2 puppies that had their ears cropped and I went in for a stitch removal. I was treated as if I was not welcomed by a staff member that was a doctor as well not going to name. I 3 days later called to have regular shots done on the puppies. I asked to speak with the owner and was told she wasnt there and might be there Friday. I called back an hour later to have the appointment scheduled, although not speaking with the owner. the front desk lady then claimed she was the owner after saying she wasnt and said my account was inactivated. She said I was rude when in turn I was treated very rudely and left the facility on my first visit. I was told my appointment was going to be $30 and they tried to change it to $300. This vet is unethical in its way of doing business. Willing to do it for the money that day. She said it wasnt about the money when I claimed how many clients I sent her way. Very unprofessional and not pleased with the way the staff treated me. It was the closest Ive felt to racism if you can put into perspective. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever again.

This is ridiculous I have no idea how this establishment is still up and running. Firstly, they up charge tremendously and I shouldnt have to give up an arm and a leg just to ensure that my pet will be healthy.

came here to get my cat looked at because my regular vet didnt have any quick availability. for a last minute vet they werent bad, but i found their prices high for the quality. the lady at the front desk also wasnt my favorite person to interact with lol. i get work is hard and stressful but she just wasnt welcoming or sweet, which is what patients need to hear when they have a pet visiting the vet. maybe it was a bad day idk. anyway would recommend claremont ranch over these guys any day :)
