White Whiskers Aging Pet Care

White Whiskers came to our house for the sunset service. The process leading up to our beloved companions euthanasia appointment was supportive. I filled out their online form and was contacted that day. After I scheduled the appointment, I had an online form to fill out to confirm our after care wishes. Dr. Kelly performed the actual procedure. She came to our house, took time to answer all of our questions, and to explain the process. She even took extra time to comfort and relate to us, including our young son, who was experiencing the loss of a pet for the first time. The actual process went as smoothly as possible. Dr. Kelly came equipped with a disposable pad and a fluffy, soft blanket for our girl. She was relaxed and passed over rainbow bridge peacefully. Dr. Kelly gave us as much time as we needed after and she waited in her vehicle to honor our space. When we were ready, our girl was carried out to Dr. Kellys car with dignity and respect, and Dr. Kelly had a soft bed, blankets, and pillows set up for our girl to lay on. I could not have asked for a better experience considering the circumstances. The attention to detail such as the bed and pillows in her vehicle goes to show that they genuinely care about each of their patients and the familys experience. Thank you, White Whiskers, for letting our girl leave this world with the dignity, love, and care that every dog deserves.

I decided to work with the White Whiskers team due to their incredibly supportive, informational, patient, caring approach, right from the first call I made to their office. For many years, I worked diligently to ensure my kitty, Murko, got the care he needed for his various health problems. When I found myself slowly transitioning from active efforts, to questioning whether Murkos conditions and associated interventions were too significantly compromising his quality of life, I started an extremely difficult journey. Whether and when to euthanize was a complicated decision, and I received incredible support from the White Whiskers team. Dr. Kelly helped me think through the ramifications of Murkos Quality of Life Questionnaire. Initially the decision was not as clear as I hoped it would be, and even after I eventually decided to move forward, I panicked at the idea of losing my little fur ball and rescheduled his Sunset appointment. The White Whiskers team never attempted to persuade my decisions, but they shared their personal stories of pet loss and made it clear they understood my plight. Dr. Kelly rearranged her schedule to tend to Murko three hours later than originally scheduled. She examined Murko and was able to reinforce that I was doing the right thing for him, by letting him go. Her sensitivity with Murko throughout the process was amazing, and also with me, which made everything more bearable. I believe this is the team to work with when you are faced with the most difficult decision imaginable, on behalf of your pet.

I would like to thank Dr Kelly for all she has done for me and my dogs. She went over and beyond for me! My disabled dog Nugget she works wonders with and shows compassion for me. My two beautiful newfs she worked miracles on them! I can say enough good things about Dr Kelly and the White Whisker Team.

Dr. Hutchison was amazing! We could not have asked for a better, more peaceful passing for our dear Haley girl. Right up to the luxury bedding where she was placed to depart from our home. He tucked her in surrounded by pillows. It was truly heartwarming to witness how caring and compassionate he was during the entire process. I would highly recommend them!

Apparently a person can be sued for writing a negative review. So I will say that there are many companies that can come to your home to perform pet euthanasia. Pick another company. This one traumatized me.
