Update: Clinic refunded my payment in-full due to physician having to cancel since she was running 60 mins late to scheduled appointment. Additionally, owner of clinic called me and requested I remove review below and take my dogs to another clinic due to my post. Original post: Scheduled for consult on surgery. My son was diagnosed with pink eye two days ago and I requested to reschedule. The technician stated I would lose $120 since that appointment was already scheduled. Extremely disappointed this clinic will not accommodate a medical condition which forces me to bring my son to this appointment.

They were extremely kind and compassionate throughout every set. Recommending them to everyone for being so kind during such a hard procedure.

We've been to a few different places for our family pets. Polo springs is FAR ABOVE ALL THE REST! They don't make up fake charges, or add a doggy bag for 40.00 this is a very caring place you can TRUST to take care of your pets as we love them like children. If they say a price it WILL be the best price out there WITHOUT sacrificing service and caring. Makadog SAYS WHOOHOO Polo Springs

Dr. Gerleman and Dr. McIntosh have both taken amazing care of our dogs every since we moved to Colorado Springs (6 years ago). Sincerely caring, extremely competent and we trust them completely. We now live in Peyton, but still choose to bring our furry kids to them for their care.

Spent more time waiting that I have at any vet office ever. This was an annual checkup and vaccination with eye exam for a now confirmed eye infection. I had to press to be given enough meds for the prescribed course of treatment for the eyes. I was not shown or instructed on how to apply or how much to apply of this medication. Thank goodness I can search YouTube! My dog was given vaccinations I expressly had chosen to wait on today. The vet assumed my dog's current heartworm treatment and I had to press to be given a prescription for different meds, since I was not automatically agreeing with what they sold. My prescription expires in three weeks. I have never even heard of this. I was told my choice of medication wouldn't stop bites of other pests but not told what other alternatives are available - there are A LOT of ways to offer heartworm, flea, and tick preventive. My dog needs all three. We spend extensive time in nature together. I'm frustrated. I don't feel this vet is interested in owner education. This is my first dog and I'm relying on Google rather than having medical explanation given by the professional paid for exactly that. Edit to add: Polo Springs refuses to verify the heartworm med prescription over the phone, fax, or email. I'm mailing it to the pharmacy now. This costs me additional time in processing and shipping the medication. I have already made a follow-up appointment with another veterinary office in the same area and they DO NOT recommend the $70 vaccination two-part series that I did NOT agree to have given to my dog. This vet has wasted my time and money.
